Terms of Service

By accessing or using Vid.Social, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Vid.Social lets you create short, shareable links that point to videos hosted on third-party platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram). When someone visits your link and views the page, you may earn a share of ad revenue.

• You must be at least 18, or the age of majority in your region.
• You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping login info secure.
• One account per person. Duplicate or fraudulent accounts will be terminated.

You agree NOT to:

• Inflate views with bots, scripts, click farms, incentivized traffic, or self-views.
• Share content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, sexual involving minors, or otherwise prohibited by the source platforms.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service.
• Misrepresent the destination of a link or use it to deceive.

Violations may result in immediate suspension, forfeiture of pending earnings, and account termination.

Vid.Social does not host videos. We use the official embed players of the source platforms. You confirm you have the right to share each video link you submit. Source platforms remain in full control of the underlying video.

• Earnings are estimates based on tracked, eligible views and the current ad-revenue pool.
• Views are reconciled every 24 hours. Fraudulent or duplicate views are removed before payout.
• Minimum payout threshold is $20. Payouts are sent via PayPal to the email you configure.
• Vid.Social retains a platform share of the ad-revenue pool to operate the service; the remainder is distributed to eligible creators in proportion to their view share.
• Pending earnings may be adjusted or withheld in cases of suspected fraud, chargebacks, or policy violations.

Each user may create up to 10 links per 24 hours. To create more, delete one of your existing recent links.

You can stop using Vid.Social at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, and we may withhold earnings tied to fraud or abuse.

Vid.Social is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific earnings, uptime, or that any particular link will generate views.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vid.Social will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount we paid you in the 12 months before the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

We may update these Terms or the service at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
